Most of our items are made to order and takes different times to produce. Please allow up to 14 days for production. In most cases your item will be ready much sooner.

We like what we make and we want you to like it too. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or less than wonderful in any way, You may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment. 

Mail items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. '

Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original box, to protect them on their way.
