Processing times:

Most of our items are made to order and takes different times to produce. Please allow up to 10 days for production. In most cases your item will be ready much sooner.

We like what we make and we want you to like it too. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or less than wonderful in any way, we offer hassle-free returns. You may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment. An email notification would be most appreciated and will help speed up your refund as well.

We recommend that any return made to us will be ship via a carrier that provides a tracking information. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back, we will not be able to refund you.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original box, to protect them on their way.
